Almond: For Almond lovers, this is one that you have to try! Our Almond is strong and true, with an almost-imperceptible floral note to round out the scent. Our Almond should be in every stable of basic scents.
Flashpoint of 166 degrees makes it unsuitable for gel candles.
Almond Biscotti: This fragrance is positively edible! It is an amazing compilation of all things good, edible and coffee time! With a mixture of toasted almonds, sweet cake flour and drizzled chocolate, this fragrance will have you drooling and wanting to eat pastries! Because of the cake flour notes, this fragrance does discolor a dark brown.
Amber: It took us five years of searching to find this Amber. It is a base note that is used in perfumery because it adds a sophisticated, warm base note to fragrance blends. Our Amber blend also contains notes of Vanilla, Patchouli, Sandalwood and Musk. Because of the Vanilla in the blend, it will go a luxurious brown in your soaps and toiletries. Use the Amber alone, or mix it with florals for a sultry twist on the basic floral.
NOTE: During cooler months this fragrance may arrive crystallized or solid. Simply place in a warm water bath with the cap off until the fragrance reconstitutes.

Black Amber and Lavender - Deep and sophisticated this fragrance blends rustic Amber with bold Parisian Lavender. Combined with these main scents is a mysterious Black Myrrh, dulcet vanilla Tonka bean, and a splash of Egyptian Musk. We've rounded out the fragrance with a surprising addition of raw Clary Sage resulting in an earthy concotion with hints of sweetness and pleasing floral notes.
NOTE: Discolors to a brown in CP soap.

Ancient Sedona: This fragrance is an Oriental Floral Amber. This sensual, deep scent was named for the famous city in Arizona, invoking days of old and a deeper, richer experience. It opens with green notes of Mandarin Leaf and Orange Blossom. Heart is heady night Floral, Bulgarian Rose and Vetiver. Dry down has sensual notes of Sandalwood, Bourbon Vanilla, Amber, Labdanum and Tonka Bean.
NOTE: Discolors to a tan color.
Applejack Peel (Type): This smells just like the yummiest apple you have ever had the privilege of eating and then some. It has hot and spicy top notes of cinnamon and cloves rounding down to the mellow scent of red apples. Men love this one! It is especially popular during the fall and winter months when all anyone wants to do is cuddle up in front of the fire! This fragrance adds a slight yellow tint to melt and pour, cold process, and our all natural, liquid soap bases.
AppleMint: Reminiscent of the apple-mint jelly that your mum made for you as a child, this fragrance is a delicious and tantalizing blend of sweet clover and cinnamon. It is harmonized with fresh fruity and citrus notes of green apple and orange.
Apricot Freesia: This is a upbeat blend of fruit and floral. If you don't like fruit scents because they're too sweet, try Apricot Freesia. The Freesia really tones down the syrupy notes while the Apricot livens up the Freesia. It's a yummy blend that you'll fall in love with.
Hint for cold process soapers: work with low temperatures and do not gel this fragrance (as it will morph with high heat). The heat burns the fragrance off.

Arabian Spice: Filled with the aromatic scents of a romantic time past, Arabian Spice is a blend of Myrrh and Orange, with middle notes of Ginger, Cinnamon and Cloves. It is then rounded out with Caraway Seed and Vanilla to give it a warm, tranquil feeling. It does discolor to a medium brown in our CP, MP and natural, liquid soap base testing. However the scent is such a perfect balance of spice, warmth and sweetness that I think it's worth it!
To keep Arabian Spice from discoloring, try our Vanilla Color Stabilizer.

Baby Rose: This fragrance is a lighter, pinker rose than our English Rose. It smells like the petite baby roses that come in teensy little planters small enough to fit on your desk. Think of a hip, corporate 27 year old's perfume smell rather than a cloying old-fashioned rose and you'll be right on target for this fragrance. It has been confused with a Tea Rose scent before as well by clients at our retail shop (www.otionsoap.com). It is a delight to work with in cold process soap. If you're looking for a fresher, lighter and more gentle rose, this is the one for you.
Banana: This is bar none, the best banana we've smelled. It discolors CP and MP soap but the staying power and strength is like none that we've experienced -- it's a very aromatic fragrance perfectly complimenting any tropical soap. Try mixing this with Strawberry for a sweet, dessert "flavor".
Not suitable for gel candles.

Basmati Rice: This subtle yet unique and delightful fragrance is based on the wonderfully aromatic smell of cooked Basmati Rice. The term 'Basmati' actually comes from the Hindi word "basmat" which means "fragrant." Our rendition is a captivating mix of fruity florals and cedarwood. Delectable top notes of peach, strawberry and lemon, followed by beguiling rose, lily of the valley, and cedarwood at the heart. Wrapping up this luscious blend is a powder, spice and creamy vanilla base. This fragrance is very subtle in lye-based soaps but does last in a more light rendition than the bottle. Basmati Rice does discolor a dark brown in all types of soaps.

Beach Breezes: This complex, sophisticated fragrance is actually a light Ocean-type scent. It has top notes of Bergamot and Cyclamen (a flower with a "white" scent), middle notes of Lilac, Jasmine and Lily of the Valley and rounds down to the mellow notes of Cedarwood, Sandalwood and Musk. All these individual notes blend to become the perfect unisex and breezy Ocean scent, sure to please every man and woman on your gift and customer list.

Berry Wine: This scent smells just like a heavenly Merlot sweetened by Raspberry, Blueberry and just a hint of Blackberry. Perfect for the connoisseur soapmaker. It's my personal favorite scent and my mother, who doesn't drink wine, adores it for the fruity notes. You've got to try this one! This fragrance is sure to be a year-round favorite with all your customers but it's an especially great scent in the fall, when the leaves turn their gorgeous shades of red, orange and yellow. Get some today! *Not* suitable for gel candles.

Black Tea: This smoky, sexy and sophisticated fragrance is reminiscent of roasted tea leaves with strong overtones of tobacco. With surprising top notes of Italian Bergamot, Sicilian Lemon and Southern Orange, the blend winds down with Black Tea Leaves, Star Jasmine, White Cedarwood, Amber Crystal and a rich musk. This is a bold and unusual scent sure to intrigue.
NOTE: Our testing is complete and Black Tea fragrance oil is amazing in CP soap! Safe for all applications. Does not discolor.

Buttercream and Snickerdoodle: This is a sweet and yummy fragrance that contains rich caramel and cream notes. When Anne-Marie visited Bath Junkie in Texas last year, she fell in love with their version of this scent and immediately set about making something even better! What makes this fragrance stand out from other delicious-baked-good scents is the hint of Nutmeg and Praline which adds unique notes not normally found in a Snickerdoodle. Buttercream and all the goodness of the cookie is rounded out with rich base notes of Cocoa and Vanilla.

Cedar and Saffron - Fragrant cedar is infused with the sensual smoky scents of patchouli, sandalwood and vetiver, then topped with Eastern spices and a trace of white musk.
NOTE: This fragrance discolors to a tan in cold process soap.

Chamomile Bergamot: This wonderful fragrance, based on a Garden Botanika blend ("Very Well"), is a blend, primarily made up of its namesakes, Chamomile and Bergamot. Not content to be a two-note blend, this fragrance also contains notes of Tangerine, Pettigrain, Sage, Geranium and Moss. These wonderful notes (all fantastic on their own, but serendipitous in this mix) make for an herbal-ly, balancing scent - just begging to be mixed into a batch with lots of dried herbs. This fragrance has a flashpoint of 156 F.

Champagne: Perfect for the turning of the new year (2008 is here very soon!) This fragrance smells just like champagne or the fizzy bubbles in ginger ale. The scent is incredibly strong and long lasting in CP soap and behaves like a dream when soaping. It's a unique and versatile scent that can be blended to make all manner of Italian iced soda scents or general pop scents (mix it with a berry for a yummy soda pop scent).

China Rain: China Rain is a light, sweet floral scent that is rounded out with notes of melon and cucumber. Our China Rain does discolor a light mauve/tan so keep that in mind when purchasing and/or try our burgundy pigment to help that mauve color along. Pick this scent up when you're looking for a floral that will appeal to all types of tastes. China Rain's sweeter fruit notes are supported with bottom notes of musk and sweet amber.

Chocolate, Dark Rich: This is the rich and creamy Chocolate fragrance that you've been looking for. The fragrance remains strong and satisfying in all manner of toiletries, including cold process soap. It is a dark chocolate with a very pervasive undertone of mocha and cocoa.
It does discolor to a gorgeous ebony brown.
Christmas Forest (limited edition):This smells like the forest did when you were a kid (chopping down that Christmas tree with your folks) -- piney, brisk and fresh. It's a fantastic "woodsy" scent; the pine notes really come out in the soap, making it a "must have" for your soap line. *Not* suitable for Gel Candles.

Christmas Spice: This seasonal fragrance has everything in it to make you think of potpourri in the fall. With top notes of Orange and Lemons, and a middle full of enticing fragrances such as Cinnamon, Mocha, Thyme and Nutmeg, this fragrance is perfect for the spice-lover on your list. Christmas Spice cools down to a sweet note of Candied Ginger and Cinnamon Sugar.
This fragrance does accelerate trace in soap (it's the Cinnamon) and discolors to a tan.

Looking for a Coconut Fragrance? Try our Island Coconut or Cybilla Coconut Fragrance or our new Tahitian Vanilla!
Coconut Lemongrass: This fragrance is a duplication of the very hot Bath & Body Works fragrance. Originally inspired by a traditional Thailand fragrance, this blend is a mix of zesty lemongrass and fruity pineapple. With middle notes of lily of the valley and peach to temper the citrus, the blend ends beautifully in a smooth finish of coconut and sandalwood. This fragrance soaps a nice creamy ivory.
Cold Water (formerly, Men's Water Fragrance): The perfect men's fragrance, this crisp scent is surprisingly also adored by women. It's like navigating a kayak through icy waters - brisk and fresh but casual enough not to overwhelm the senses. This fragrance can be touchy in CP and may tend to discolor your soap slightly. This fragrance does cloud gel candles.

Cranberry Fig: An excellent compromise between the tart bite of Cranberries and the sweet, mild allure of Fig. This fragrance will become one that you and your customers return to again and again. Cranberries and Figs are made even more striking by adding a smattering of Blood Orange and Pink Grapefruit notes to the mix.
Cranberry Realistic: This is an incredibly realistic Cranberry. It's not sweet and is very tart - like biting into an actual Cranberry. This scent is not light and fruity so we do recommend trying out the smallest 1 oz. size and soaping with it before purchasing any larger amounts. If you're looking for a more fruity Cranberry, try our Cranberry, Sweet. NOTE: This fragrance's flashpoint of 151 makes it unsuitable for gel candles.
Cranberry Sweet: This is a sweet, traditional Cranberry scent. It is a single note fragrance with no other fragrance notes to compete with the straight cranberry scent. Cranberry is a tart seasonal scent that will be a wonderful foil for one too many spicy scents. If you want to make this scent more tart, try mixing it with our Cranberry, Realistic. A 1:1 or 2:1 ratio is wonderful in soap.
Cucumber: This is a straight cucumber that really sticks in CP soap. It smells like an English Cucumber, heady and musky.
Cucumber Melon: We've reformulated this perennially spring favorite for even more lasting power in cold process soap! This blend is more melon than cucumber and smells pink and fresh. A fantastic scent for spring & summer, it is the perfect blend of Cucumber and Melon. This one will be a perpetual favorite in your household and with your customers!
Drakkar, Type: Based on the fabulous men's cologne, this duplication is very close to the original fragrance. For a men's fragrance, it has some very interesting notes of spicy berries, citrus, lavender and amber. It's a wonderful all-around men's fragrance.
Dragonsblood: This mysterious, alluring blend is difficult to describe. With warming notes of amber, incense, Madagascar vanilla and patchouli, our Dragonsblood is lightened up with layers of romantic notes such as rose, jasmine and lilac. Finally, our sensual, deep blend is topped off with the colorful, light touches of blood orange and grapefruit. This fragrance will discolor in your products because of the vanilla notes in it but add some gold mica in your soap (either as "veins" running through the soap or sprinkled on top) and your customers won't even notice!
Earth Musk (formerly, "White Musk"):Originally named 'White Musk' because it does not discolor, this deep, hearty scent is comprised mainly of Amber and Vetivert. Use it alone for a earthy musk scent or as a base note in your blends.
Energy: A stimulating blend of Citrus, including Grapefruit, Lemon and Lime, with hints of fresh Cucumber and Jasmine, and a touch of Pineapple, Blackberry and Champagne. Energy is an exciting mix that's perfect for spring and summer. Not safe for gel candles.
